Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Associate/Admin to join our Human Resources team at Precision Hire Solution. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the full recruitment cycle and handling administrative tasks related to employee management and compliance. You will also assist current employees with their inquiries and concerns.
As an HR Associate, your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential candidates via phone or email, verifying candidate information, and collecting essential documentation. It is vital to ensure adherence to legal standards throughout all processes.
To excel in this position, you should possess a thorough understanding of effective human resources practices and be familiar with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in roles such as HR Associate, HR Coordinator, HR Consultant, or similar positions within the Human Resources field
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources best practices and legal regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Motivated and dependable individual
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
