Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of Clinical Practice to join our team at Health eCareers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our regional offices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with medical center management to identify and implement innovative nursing and staffing models
  • Ensure coordinated plans of treatment and patient-focused delivery of services
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to support organizational goals and business objectives
  • Provide clinical and professional oversight for areas of accountability
  • Develop and implement safety and quality strategies to ensure an exceptional care experience
  • Collaborate in the development of strategic plans for recruitment, retention, and workforce development of targeted nursing and allied health personnel
  • Utilize research and best practices data to implement and expedite progressive clinical changes
  • Support financial performance metrics by identifying and implementing regional strategies
  • Represent regional leadership on committees, work groups, and initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum six (6) years of nursing experience in the area of specialty
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a management/leadership role
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in team building, conflict resolution, group interaction, project management, and budget management
  • Masters degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health Administration, or other related field
  • Certified in Executive Nursing Practice or other relevant certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Director-level experience in the area of specialty
  • Leadership experience in progressively more challenging roles in academic or other complex clinical settings
