Key Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing: Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines, develop and manage assigned sales territories, and implement the company's sales and marketing plan.
- Territory Development: Organize audio-visual activities for healthcare providers, monitor competitors' sales and marketing activities, and stay informed about essential health services in the area.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and other key stakeholders, and ensure proper implementation of the company's CRM strategy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Submit daily, monthly, and CRM reports, and provide market intelligence and sales data to support business decisions.
- Education: Four years Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science is mandatory, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a strong working knowledge of distributor/agent operations, government accounts, tendering processes, contracting, and pricing methods.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills, with strong planning and monitoring skills, and the ability to work in complex and ambiguous situations.
