    • Anticipate and meet guests' requirements at all times
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth opening and closing of the venue
    • Participate in training sessions and briefings as instructed by the Manager
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure all hotel property and facilities are maintained in an optimal working order
    • Report any issues or negative guest feedback through our glitch system
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with collecting information for the monthly P&L review
    • Record and report Glitch incidents with integrity and transparency

Requirements

  • Proficient in English
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
  • Experience with cocktail batching an asset
  • At least 2 years bartending experience in a similar environment
  • Impeccable wine, beer, and classic cocktail knowledge
  • Passion for food, beverage, and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and be a strong lounge server
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and move beer kegs, liquor, and wine boxes
