Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at BFL Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and sales development.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Product Familiarization: Develop in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with our marketing department.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry events and conferences to establish relationships with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Analyze client needs and suggest relevant products and services to increase revenue and enhance the client experience.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals and contracts to secure new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Negotiation and Pricing: Effectively negotiate with clients to secure favorable pricing and terms.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and support to our sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Feedback and Improvement: Regularly review client feedback and implement changes to improve our products and services.
