Business Development Manager

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Account Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute plans to win new clients, and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Account Management and Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, understand client needs, and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Retention and Satisfaction: Provide superior customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and retain clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose new tools and processes.
- Sales Performance Improvement: Support sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets, and develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
