We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving product and service problems, and maintaining impeccable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product and service information, and provide recommendations where necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer history accordingly.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to data protection and anti-money laundering.
Requirements

Education:

  • High School / Diploma in any discipline.

Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years experience in customer services / Contact Centre.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
