Contact Centre Operations Supervisor

This role is responsible for leading a team of contact centre agents, focusing on delivering excellent customer service while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Customer Service Team Lead will oversee daily operations, develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and provide coaching and training to agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of contact centre agents to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with agents to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels.
