Revenue Growth Specialist for Hotel Sales

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales Executive for Group Conferences and Events, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert incoming enquiries into sales leads and maximize revenue.
- Manage event schedules to optimize yield and revenue.
- Develop and execute a consistent upselling approach to increase revenue.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate and conduct hotel show rounds to showcase our facilities and services.
- Ensure the successful administration and execution of all planned events.
- Participate in hotel promotional activities to drive sales and revenue.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Confident telephone manner and high level of IT skills.
- Excellent grooming standards and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a sales environment.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
- Previous experience working in the Conference and Events function.
- Relevant degree or certification.
- Fluency in Arabic language.
