About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales Executive for Group Conferences and Events, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Convert incoming enquiries into sales leads and maximize revenue.
  2. Manage event schedules to optimize yield and revenue.
  3. Develop and execute a consistent upselling approach to increase revenue.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Coordinate and conduct hotel show rounds to showcase our facilities and services.
  6. Ensure the successful administration and execution of all planned events.
  7. Participate in hotel promotional activities to drive sales and revenue.

Requirements

  1. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  2. Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  3. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Confident telephone manner and high level of IT skills.
  5. Excellent grooming standards and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Demonstrated previous experience working in a sales environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
  2. Previous experience working in the Conference and Events function.
  3. Relevant degree or certification.
  4. Fluency in Arabic language.
