The Tele Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting our professional training certification courses to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele-sales.
