  • Team Leadership
    • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales and trading team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
    • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance trading operations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other major market participants.
  • Trading Operations
    • Oversee the execution of trading strategies, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
    • Utilize market data and analytics to refine trading approaches and improve decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cryptocurrency trading and prime brokerage.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional sales and trading with at least 3 years within a crypto team or firm.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, prime brokerage services, and trading strategies.
  • Proficiency with trading platforms, financial software, and market data tools. Familiarity with algorithmic trading and risk management systems is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to cryptocurrency trading and prime brokerage.
  • Currently based in ADGM or willing to relocate.
