8. Build and sustain relationships of trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
9. Address customer complaints and provide suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes.
10. Assess and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Communication and Documentation:
1. Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
2. Take proactive steps to engage customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
3. Document and report trends in customer interactions to the team leader.
4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
5. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Call Centre, Customer Care, or Front Desk roles.
Education: Graduate preferred.
Certifications: Certification in customer service is an advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with effective listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficient in computer usage.
