- Addressing challenges such as interview cancellations promptly.
- Supporting successful candidates with the onboarding process, which includes preparing necessary paperwork and organizing orientation schedules.
- Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a recruitment support role or similar position.
- Understanding of standard recruitment procedures, including interview scheduling and onboarding practices.
- Proficient in desktop applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
