Regional Growth Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Growth Director to join our team at eXp Realty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in our regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the number of quality agents and brokers in our region
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine procedures and best practices for building culture and agent attraction
- Support regional agents, teams, and mega teams transitioning to eXp Realty
- Identify, attract, and evaluate agents to join our network
- Track incoming teams and brokerages and provide metrics to senior leadership
- Assist agents across all revenue share groups with growth in assigned region
- Represent the region at GrowthOps standups and drive attendance at cloud sessions and events
- Build company culture and continuously identify the company's value proposition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
- Active real estate license in one of the states (AK, OR, WA) with 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry
- Success in managing and motivating a geographically remote workforce
- Ability to lead and motivate others, including a track record of growth and/or culture building
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment
- Possess the highest degree of integrity

The total base pay for this position starts at $120,000/year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
