Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservations Agent or Telephone Operator in a 5-star hotel or resort in the UAE
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Prior experience working with Opera is preferred
    • Multi-lingual, with Russian and Arabic language skills being a plus
