We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Dicetek LLC, a leading company in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track staff information, including personnel records and performance metrics.
  • Manage multiple interview scheduling processes to ensure timely and efficient candidate evaluations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support HR operations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including benefits administration and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in the IT or Banking sector, with a strong understanding of the IT recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR Coordination, Recruitment, Admin, Operations, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in Excel, including VLookup, Hlookup, and Pivot tables.
  • Ability to handle large databases and perform data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
