Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Logistics Coordinator at Facade Jobs. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing HR data entry and monitoring, conducting yearly employment assessments, performing regular HR duties, overseeing Public Relations Officer tasks, including shipment clearance, and coordinating drivers' logistics and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Data Entry and Monitoring:
    1. Accurately enter and update employee data in our HR system.
    2. Monitor and maintain HR records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
    3. Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
  2. Assist HR Manager in Yearly Employment Assessment:
    1. Coordinate the annual performance review process.
    2. Perform full cycle recruitment process: Posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  3. Administer Employee Benefits Programs:
    1. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  4. Manage Employee Relations:
    1. Address grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  5. PRO Duties & Shipment Clearance:
    1. Handle all PR duties related to governmental and regulatory compliance.
    2. Coordinate with customs and other regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate shipment clearance.
    3. Maintain documentation for all shipment transactions and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Requirements

We are looking for a recent graduate or individual in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field with less than two years of experience. We are committed to teaching you all the necessary skills and are looking for a stable long-term working relationship together.
