About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to drive our Small and Medium Business (SMB) priorities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENAT) region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of driving strategic programs and consulting. You will work closely with our sales and stakeholder teams to develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies that align with customer insights and business priorities.

You will also be responsible for analyzing business performance against key goals, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.

We are open to hiring candidates who can work out of Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing strategies that support SMB priorities and roadmap for the region based on key insights
  • Own day-to-day partnerships and reviews with local sales and other stakeholder teams
  • Work closely with Channel marketing managers to align cross-channel marketing strategy based on customer insights and business priorities
  • Own analysis of business performance against key goals including insights/callouts for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Prepare for business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous advertising or retail experience
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Proven ability to dive deep and identify root cause gaps and drive solutions that improve customer experience and drive business results
