Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Marketing Leader to drive our Small and Medium Business (SMB) priorities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENAT) region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of driving strategic programs and consulting. You will work closely with our sales and stakeholder teams to develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies that align with customer insights and business priorities.

You will also be responsible for analyzing business performance against key goals, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.

We are open to hiring candidates who can work out of Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create strategic SMB priorities and roadmap for the region based on key insights
  • Own day-to-day partnerships and reviews with local sales and other stakeholder teams
  • Work closely with Channel marketing managers to align cross-channel marketing strategy based on customer insights and business priorities
  • Own analysis of business performance against key goals including insights/callouts for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Prepare for business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans

Basic Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related area
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in driving strategic programs or consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office and analytical skills in Excel and basic SQL knowledge
