Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions to identify areas for improvement in communication skills
  • Monitor and track agent performance related to communication skills on a regular basis
  • Perform training needs analysis and design monthly refresher training sessions
  • Develop and implement training materials and curricula
  • Complete other assigned duties as necessary
  • Deliver at least one refresher training session per month

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (BPO background preferred)
  • Open-minded and willing to learn
  • Preferred experience in Fintech BPO
