  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities.
  • Work closely with the product team to identify new business opportunities and develop product offerings.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent product knowledge and market experience in Forex, indices, and commodity futures and cash equities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English and/or Arabic, with additional languages a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Good understanding of FCA and FSA regulation.
  • Competencies: Communication, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Proactivity and Ownership, Resilience and Adaptability, Problem Solving, Self-Management, Quality and Process Focus, Ability to work under pressure.
