- Special Projects: Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and trends is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Experience working in a similar role within a large organization is highly desirable.
