Job Description

This position is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director, focusing on Affiliate Partnership development in the CIS region. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and expanding our presence in the region.

You will work closely with our global growth teams, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute plans that drive business results. Your expertise in sales, partnership development, and team management will be crucial in achieving our goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and manage a team of affiliate business development managers focused on key markets.
  3. Foster partnerships with key accounts, KOLs, and advanced traders to drive user acquisition and expansion.
  4. Optimize partnership acquisition and reactivation processes to improve performance.
