Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing User Behavior: Analyze and understand user behaviors on both B2B and B2C platforms to suggest plans, processes, and methods to recapture lost opportunities offline.
  • Competitive Research: Research and identify competitive alternatives to fulfill custom requirements and bespoke customer requests received through any online or offline channel.
  • Customer Acquisition: Work relentlessly on acquiring customers through direct communications and other effective methods as may be applicable in different countries in line with assigned targets and sales plans.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and experience with peers and counterparts in other locations worldwide and adopt best practices as and when applicable.
  • Uncompleted Sales Transactions: Proactively follow up on uncompleted sales transactions through direct communications with customers and in alignment with the Customer Experience team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create reports to track progress and evaluate results, and suggest relevant enhancements accordingly.
  • Performance Oversight: Oversee the performance of promotional offers in alignment with business goals and objectives and proactively analyze and report results.
  • Methodology Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for the improvement of sales and sales management methodologies and report to the line manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify and report customer, product, and site issues and work with the cross-functional teams to effectively and timely resolve any and all issues and implement preventive solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry and assist the line manager in performing competitor analysis and benchmarking.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales operations and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will also need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
