Job Description
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and direct patient care staff, providing daily guidance and communication to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Evaluate processes and procedures continuously, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance area operations, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Assist in providing performance feedback and coaching to team members, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Be available to provide counseling and support to employees experiencing work or personal challenges.
  • Ensure patient care staff have the necessary training and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Address and resolve patient care relations issues raised by team members.
  • Create and maintain a high-quality work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best.
  • Address disciplinary and performance issues according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Relations Manager on daily call center operations, including training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.
  • Participate in special projects that drive process improvement and growth.
  • Share responsibility with the Patient Relations Manager for managing employees, ensuring calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish work procedures and processes that align with company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
