Job Summary

Star Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to manage contract documents and coordinate with government entities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Preparing contract documents and tender documents.
  2. Coordinating with government entities to obtain necessary approvals.
  3. Supporting department budget activities and reporting progress to the department head.
  4. Monitoring department works for process improvements.
  5. Documentation and maintenance of company guidelines and regulations.
  6. Support for Non-Objection Certificate applications.
  7. Document control and management.
  8. General office administration tasks.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Sector as an Administrative Coordinator is required. Experience in managing contract documents is essential.
