Job Summary
Star Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to manage contract documents and coordinate with government entities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing contract documents and tender documents.
- Coordinating with government entities to obtain necessary approvals.
- Supporting department budget activities and reporting progress to the department head.
- Monitoring department works for process improvements.
- Documentation and maintenance of company guidelines and regulations.
- Support for Non-Objection Certificate applications.
- Document control and management.
- General office administration tasks.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Sector as an Administrative Coordinator is required. Experience in managing contract documents is essential.
