We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to support our IT operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the accuracy of departmental records. You will also navigate intricate purchase invoicing processes with ease, utilizing your expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create critical documents, presentations, and reports.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will provide foundational IT support to the IT team, applying their knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Additionally, they will work collaboratively with vendors, finance department, and other stakeholders to source IT products, obtain quotes, and issue purchase orders.
