About This Role

As a key member of our team, the ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting our company's ERP system, as well as other software applications across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling multiple applications, providing end-user support, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that business needs are met through effective implementation of solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in supporting and managing business applications.
  • Familiarity with raising and managing support tickets with suppliers.

Technical Requirements:
