Key Activities:

  1. Oversee and guide ERP projects and teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices, robust solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  2. Monitor and support the ongoing operation of Oracle ERP applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  3. Assess and prioritize IT requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and long-term strategy.
  4. Manage the deployment and support of the Oracle ERP system, including key modules such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  5. Develop and maintain clear IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support ERP system management and operations.
  6. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring optimal value and compliance.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization within the ERP system to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing IT operations, particularly with Oracle EBS and carrying out Fusion Implementation Journey from base.
  • Strong experience in implementing, customizing, supporting, and upgrading Oracle ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading ERP-related IT projects with a solid understanding of program management principles.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse team of IT professionals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
