About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team at Skill Farm. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic pricing projects, leveraging your senior-level insights to inform our pricing strategy.
  • Develop innovative pricing models for new insurance products, such as pay-as-you-go Motor, and determine launch prices and strategies for the UK and European markets.
  • Apply traditional techniques to assess the performance and rate adequacy of our existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of telematics and data science techniques within the business.
  • Conduct business analysis, building strong relationships across the company.
Requirements
  • You are a self-starting, proactive, and creative individual with a willingness to work fast and think outside the box.
  • You have significant experience in a similar pricing role, with experience in motor insurance being highly beneficial.
  • You possess excellent technical skills, including experience in SQL, Python, and/or R, and a strong analytical background with great attention to detail.
  • You have strong leadership qualities and experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • You are an effective communicator with great interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships across teams and deliver technical messages to non-technical audiences.
