Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Provide input for the preparation of budgets, assist in the implementation of approved budgets and work plans, and investigate and highlight significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
  • Policies and Procedures: Implement approved policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures to support the execution of work programs in line with company and international standards.
  • Performance Management: Contribute to the achievement of approved performance objectives for the function/division/department/section in line with the company performance framework.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes, identify improvements in internal processes against best practices, and pursue greater efficiency in line with best industry standards.
  • Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability: Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices, and ADNOC Code of Practices.
  • Reporting: Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for company management.
  • Communication and Working Relationships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including LCS&IG Commercial Development Manager and VP Commercial Development, and external stakeholders, including consultants.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investments, or a related field.
  • Experience and Knowledge: 8 years of experience in roles related to new business development, commercial/trading, growth, mergers and acquisitions, business model development.
