Job Title: Administration Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: per month
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday office operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and maintaining records.
- Support the management team in planning and executing organizational strategies.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors for maintenance and services.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment processes employee onboarding and maintaining attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to administrative functions.
- Prepare and present reports on administrative activities and office expenditures.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders maintaining professional relationships.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in an administrative or executive role.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools such as MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in creating and analyzing reports and data.
- Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes.
