About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Associate to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Business Analytics Associate, you will play a critical role in establishing a top-tier analytical environment for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain visual reporting tools that provide actionable insights to our partners, making our data easy to understand and digest.
  • Respond to high-priority data requests and reporting within the Central Functions, including Business Performance, Strategy & Transformation, Commercial Finance, and HR.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to establish an exceptional self-service analytics environment.
  • Partner with the Business Performance Team to maintain and produce essential recurring business performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy, serving as the primary source of truth.
Desired Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience working as an analyst in Business Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top-tier management consulting company.
  • Exceptional SQL and Tableau knowledge.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating presentations for senior audiences with a storyline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to audiences.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a focus on getting things done.
  • Ability to work with different functions to drive insights.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and trends.
  • A dynamic, focused, and self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in education, life, and career.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a top-tier institute, with a preference for an engineering background.
