Key Responsibilities:

As an Affinity Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying key opportunities for growth in the affinity segment aligned with the segment strategy for the region. You will collaborate with the C&C and Affinity unit leader and teams to develop penetration strategies of existing affinity arrangements to drive revenue for both Marsh and the sponsor.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to keep current on industry and market trends and develop growth strategies for targeted accounts, industries, or specialties to ensure appropriate solutions are marketed and proposed to target new buyer hubs and expand the book of business. You will work with technical specialists both locally and globally to make informed recommendations and work with Affinity segment project leads to ensure conditions, coverage, and pricing are advantageous for the client.
