We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and Manage Front Office Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the Front Office team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Guest Service and Experience: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, warm attention and personal recognition, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
- Communication and Collaboration: Inform other operating departments, such as Housekeeping, of all Front Office matters that concern them, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
- Employee Relations and Development: Establish and maintain effective employee relations, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our team members.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of statistical, performance, and forecast reports, providing management with valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Cost Control and Budgeting: Assist in monitoring and controlling department costs, ensuring performance against budget and contributing to the success of our financial goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
