About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator and Secretary to join our team in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR department, managing daily office operations, and ensuring smooth coordination of daily office functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, with a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and effective communication. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with SAP or other HR and administrative software.
The role involves:

- Handling attendance and billing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
