- Manage the executive's calendar,including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travelarrangements.

- Coordinate and prioritizeincoming communication, including emails, calls, and letters,ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

-Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, andpresentations as needed.

- Maintain confidentialinformation and handle sensitive documents with discretion andprofessionalism.

- Serve as the primary point ofcontact between executives, clients, and internal teams, fosteringpositive relationships and clear communicationchannels.

- Assist in organizing and facilitatingmeetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, andcoordinating logistics.

- Conduct research andcompile data as required to support decision-makingprocesses.

- Handle administrative tasks such asfiling, record-keeping, and expense management.

-Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processesand improve efficiency within the office.
