Job Description: Retail Banking Processing Expert

This role is centered around the efficient and accurate processing of DSU Asset Finance within ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will not only possess a deep understanding of retail banking products and services but also excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Processing asset files accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment with set KPIs for CRM approvals/RFO/Card center disbursements.
  • Ensuring all applications entered into the system comply with policy requirements.
  • Proposing cases that align with ADIB products, policies, and procedures, incorporating due diligence and adhering to the bank's dos and don'ts policies.
  • Communicating effectively with frontline staff regarding proposals that may violate policy, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Properly resubmitting rejected cases to the relevant department, addressing all rejection reasons.
  • Maintaining defined MIS according to business requirements.
  • Addressing ad-hoc requests as necessitated by business needs.
  • Continuously identifying and addressing process gaps to enhance efficiency and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Complying with ADIB policies and procedures.
  • Participating in assigned training sessions for professional growth.
