About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Delivery and Operations Lead to join our team at Egis Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Tender teams in preparing and conducting tender transfers, as well as overseeing project delivery strategies and internal subcontracting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Tender Transfer Coordination: Work closely with Tender teams to prepare and conduct tender transfers, ensuring timely completion and monitoring the process to prevent delays.
  2. Project Budgeting: Collaborate with Project teams to define project budgets and delivery conditions, including risk management plans and ESG commitments.
  3. Intercompany Agreements: Assist project teams in setting up intercompany agreements in accordance with Group principles and instructions.
  4. Quarterly Reporting: Lead quarterly reviews of major projects, coordinating with Finance and Project Teams to report to RBLD Country Managing Directors and Regional ExCom.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with expertise in project budgeting, project management principles, and excellent communication skills. Ability to analyze income statements and understand financial performance indicators is essential.
