Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of departmental employees to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Revenue Growth and Cost Control
    • Work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve departmental budget goals and maintain profitability.
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Ensure efficient staffing and food production to meet business demands.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of outlet safety and sanitation.
  • Guest Experience and Relations
    • Ensure that all Anantara Guest Incentive programs are actively promoted and supported.
    • Promote positive inter-departmental relations through effective communication and cooperation.
  • Asset Management and Maintenance
    • Be responsible for the asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
    • Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
