Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Maintenance**:
- Clean and maintain the workshop office, including floors, desks, and other surfaces.
- Ensure that the office pantry is well-stocked with tea, coffee, and other refreshments.
- Dispose of garbage and ensure the office is free of waste.
- Manage and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Staff Assistance**:
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
- Assist in photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Support staff with minor errands such as delivering documents within the workshop or to nearby locations.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of meetings, including arranging seating and equipment.
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or area within the workshop.
- Offer refreshments to waiting customers.
- Provide basic information to customers when required.
- **Supply Management**:
- Monitor office supplies and inform the management when replenishments are needed.
- Assist in receiving and storing office supplies and other deliveries.
- Keep track of pantry and cleaning supplies, ensuring they are always available.
- **Safety and Security**:
- Ensure that all areas of the office are safe and hazard-free.
- Report any safety or security issues to the Workshop Manager immediately.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of office tasks, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- **Language**: Basic English communication skills are required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- **Personal Traits**: Reliable, punctual, well-mannered, and proactive.
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
