We are a Wellness Tech company running business around different countries.

For our UAE hub, in Abu Dhabi Al Raha Beach Hotel where we have our wellness center, we are looking for an experienced HR and Admin Assistant.

**HR Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.

**HR Administrative Requirements**:

- Certification in human resources, management or similar.
- Proven experience in an HR role.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good ethical judgment
- Deal directly with customers by answering queries, attending to them when customers enter the spa and orienting them of spa services and products sold by the spa. When the spa manager is busy, it is the responsibility of the assistant to supervise staff He/She adhere to, apply, observe and enact workplace safety standards; assist with monitoring and record keeping of store sales, costs, payroll and profits; fulfill all client services in a professional, correct, orderly and efficient manner and observe quality control in all aspects of operation and promote. He/She practice exceptional customer service and make sure all staff employees are doing the same; participate in and promote marketing activities; communicate regularly and efficiently with the spa manager and management on all operational aspects; assist with any

REQUISITES

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Knowledge and experience in UAE market. Must have excellent knowledge of standard retail store operations procedures and excellent managerial and supervisory skills, as well as, proper motivational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service skills; teamwork

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
