- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress through each sales stage, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely closure of deals.

2. **Client Relationship Management**
- **Client Needs Assessment**: Meet with clients to understand their facility management needs, challenges, and goals to propose appropriate solutions.
- **Building Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate service contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.

3. **Service Proposals and Quotation Preparation**
- **Customized Proposals**: Develop tailored facility management proposals based on client needs, which could include maintenance, cleaning, security, HVAC, landscaping, or energy management.
- **Cost Estimates**: Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing quotes, and service level agreements (SLAs) that meet both client expectations and company profit margins.
- **Bidding and Tendering**: Participate in bidding processes for large facility management contracts or tenders, preparing and submitting required documentation and proposals.

4. **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**
- **Understand Market Trends**: Stay informed about the latest trends in facility management services, including smart building technologies, sustainability practices, and regulatory changes.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market strategies to ensure the company stays competitive and offers the best value to clients.

5. **Contract Management and Documentation**
- **Contract Negotiation and Finalization**: Oversee the finalization of contracts and service agreements, ensuring both parties agree on terms and that the contract is in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- **Documentation**: Ensure that all sales activities are properly documented, including proposals, contracts, and communications, in the CRM system or other management tools.

6. **Collaboration with Internal Teams**
- **Coordination with Operations**: Work closely with the operations team (facility management technicians, maintenance staff, etc.) to ensure the feasibility of proposed services and that the service delivery is in line with client expectations.
- **Support Services**: Assist the operations team in delivering service to clients by helping with any client-specific requests or special project needs.
