Real Estate Admin and Listing Coordinator

Award winning Eva Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Administrative Assistant/Listing Coordinator** to join our team of professionals.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to managers and agents, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of office operations and property listings on portals.
- **A minimum of 1 year Administration experience in Real Estate is mandatory.**_
**What the role entails**:
- Preparing real estate forms and documents( Form A,B,F and form I)
- Monitoring company leads given to agents
- Property Listing management for Property Finder and Bayut
- Knowledge using Trakheesi, Dubai Rest ,Dubai land department portal
- Monitoring agents agenda via Smartsheet and CRM
- RERA rules and regulations (Knowledge of Trakheesi system)
- Familiarity with CRM Systems
- Create and prepare unit listings for the agents
- Ensure excellent quality standard of listings
- Checking all client files to ensure that all the relevant documentation is filed for future reference
- Liaise with Property Finder, DLD support team for any listing or account issues.
- Prepare forms such as Tenancy Contracts
- Strong follow-up skills
- Responsible for monitoring, providing assistant and support by preparation of leads and receiving daily feedback from the agents.
- Preparing contracts and MOU when requested
- Ensure record keeping and filing is maintained to company corporate standards and procedures
**Additional Skill Set**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken - English is a must
- Keep accurate notes of all conversations with agents in terms of updates and ensure that they are actioned or passed on to relevant staff without unnecessary delay
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team
- General office and operational support
- Working with deadlines
**Salary**: AED5,500.00 per month
