- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to develop and execute engagement strategies that drive customer loyalty.
- Help with the preparation of program materials, including program rules, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support the team in the execution of customer events and promotions.
- Assist with customer service inquiries related to the loyalty program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer experience strategies is a plus.
