The job holder will be responsible for Digital & Performance Marketing by executing marketing activities in line with the Concept guidelines. Launch & Optimize SEM campaigns and hold responsibility of channel’s performance and delivering results.
Performance Marketing (SEM / SEO / Display / Remarketing / App Marketing)
Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Strategy for Home Box across Paid Performance & Organic channels
Maintain the Digital Marketing Activity Calendar & Budgets to plan and execute all branding & communication required with external resources - Creative, Media, PR & Digital to meet deadlines at all the times.
Offline Brand & Digital Campaigns across YouTube / Large Display Publishers
Expertise in managing campaigns across Facebook/Instagram/Snap/Tiktok advertising, copying, ad design & Optimization to drive required objectives of traffic, app installs, conversions etc
Owner of Website Funnels & Hygiene Metrics of the website
Manage mobile app push messages
Understand the optimization steps in terms of reaching the right audience, acquiring potential customers & keeping the CAC in control.
Measure & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Prepare daily, Weekly & monthly reports with insights on campaigns. Manage key stakeholder requirements.
Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.
Work with key stakeholders for ad Creatives
**Must Have**:
6+ years of GCC / India experience in a similar role with a key focus on performance digital marketing
Driven by numbers and analytics, research-oriented with good report creation skills.
Certifications in Google AdWords / Google Analytics preferred
Web / Online Content Design and Development Certification preferable.
Specific exposure to digital marketing, new media and e-channel management
Agency Management, Media Planning experience
Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
Strong understanding of the digital environment as a distribution, marketing and engagement channel and experience with direct-response campaigns with external agencies.
Good understanding of and capability to lead conversion rate optimization, brand awareness and attention, content marketing and website merchandising efforts.
Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Experience managing external vendors (e.g. Google, Facebook) and agencies (e.g. media, social).
Fluent in English, written and Spoken. Arabic knowledge is a plus
