Responsible for
Digital marketing managers oversee the planning and managing of marketing campaigns that promote the KEZAD brand, sectors, products, and services. The duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. They typically have experience in art direction and social media.

Key Internal Contacts
- MarCom Team: Business and Commercial Teams - Reports to line manager and follows Company directives
- Participates (and leads occasionally) meetings, brainstorming with MarCom team and commercial business teams
Key External Contacts
- Suppliers/Vendors/ Stakeholders/Partners - Coordinates, manages and negotiates with external vendors/suppliers and partners on events requirements, logistics, and implementation.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders/Government entities/business groups/embassies on events, special events, delegations and the planning of them.
- Objectives and Role Profile
- Strong experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns, strategic planning, user experience and web development.
- Determine the brand growth and development strategies for strategic digital assets (website, mobile site, mobile apps, etc.) and ensure these assets' development and business performance.
- Maintain ownership of all digital channels like Website, mobile apps, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter), and messaging channels.
- Manage, coordinate, and administer all web projects/tasks from the conceptual stages through planning, IT development, content, testing, launch, and closure.
- Ensure the technical operability & optimization of the website in coordination with the IT to ensure any website integration is implemented and maintained correctly.
- Ensure successful delivery of world-class web usability portals, mobile apps or online projects.
- Manage the internal and external digital designers to ensure smooth UI/UX.
- Led the content marketing team to optimize and amplify high-quality content.
Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
- Manage the media planning and budget management across search, Display, Retargeting, Social and any additional new channels.
- Develop/Manage digital marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed within the budget and timelines.
- Lead and manage external agencies, ensure business needs and requirements are implemented with high quality and within service level agreements.
- Develop ongoing web strategy for continued growth - Implement SEM/SEO strategy.
- Maintain the company business locations in Google My Business.
- Act as advisor/expert for the company in terms of digital platforms and relationship marketing, including industry best practices and trends.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years’ strong experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns, strategic planning, user experience and web development.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
