Project Tender Administrator

**Tender Administrator**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the tendering process from start to finish, including preparing tender documents, issuing tender notices, receiving and processing tender submissions, and evaluating bids.
- Ensure that all tender submissions are completed accurately and on time, and that all relevant documentation is provided in accordance with the tender requirements.
- Liaise with various departments within the company, as well as external stakeholders, to gather the necessary information to complete the tender submissions.
- Review tender documents and ensure that all requirements are met before submitting the tender.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure that all submissions are made in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit any additional documents or information required for the tender process.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and related documentation.
- Respond to any queries or requests for information related to the tendering process.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that all tender requirements are met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender administration or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
