**About the Role**

The Business development lead will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, including potential partnerships and growth areas.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at expanding Moove’s reach and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to secure favourable terms and agreements.
- Develop and implement innovative business development initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the transportation and mobility industry.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success and impact of business development activities.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in market dynamics to inform and adjust business development strategies accordingly.

**What you will need for this position**
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully developing, negotiating, and closing business deals and partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the transportation and mobility industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead business development initiatives from conception to execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
