Handling Blue collar Employees/Tailors
- Well versed with UAE Labour LAW
- Able to Handle 200 to 250 work force (White & Blue Collar)
- Renewal of Trade License, SEWA, DEWA, FEWA, etisalat invoicing
- Update employee record in ERP software, contracts, visa, overtime
- Process Monthly staff Pay roll (wages & fixerd Salary)
- Maintain staff files with all neccessary documents & Form
- Prepare, plan and publish weekly duty roaster for sales team
- Arrange replacements and plan well with limited resources
- Arrange training sessions for sales team
- screening and short listing of CVs
- Staff sourcing (local & Abroad) Salesmsaters, Tailors, cutting master etc.
- Staff sourcing (local & Abroad) as per requested by departments
- Ensure proper attandance recorded as per duty roaster
- Manage staff accomodation (maintenance, supervision) with assistance of staff.
- Assist in preperation of Annual HR Budget for Manpower (visa, salaries, perks etc.)
- Prepare Annual Leave Roaster for All department
- Process Employee Annual leave, settlements, perks, airtickets etc
- Design/Prepare HR Forms and Applications
- Must have knowledge of Employment Visa Processing
- Prepare final settlement of out going staff
- Able to handle administrative affairs
- Plan and excute monthly, quarterly and annual meetings & gatherings
**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
